When I first met Bella I was deeply unhappy in my life and career, but lost as to where to go next and how to focus my energy.  I was working too much, excited about everything ‘start up’, over-committing myself and not really getting anything done effectively.  I thought I knew what I wanted, but I didn’t.  I was spinning my wheels, diving into far too many things in search of something new. I’d say yes to anything and everything because it all sounded exciting, but most importantly was not what I was doing professionally at the time.

Bella provided me with the tools to identify the core values that mattered most to me and put a plan in motion to build a life around them.  Sh*t got real.  I owned-up to the good, the bad, and the ugly about myself.  I now understand exactly what it is that matters for me.  I have an automatic filter for life and all its bullsh*t so I know exactly what and who to say no to, without compromise, so I can focus my energy on the activities and relationships that are authentic to me. 

In the time that has passed since we first worked together I have spent more time doing things I love: yoga, cycling, outdoor adventures, snowboarding. I even learned to kite surf (vitality is one of my core values).  I created (another core value) a role within my company that didn’t exist before and I’m building my own coaching business working with awesome people.  I’ve removed harmful thought patterns from my life, upgraded my tribe and put the wheels in motion for a career shift away from the 9-5 chained-to-a-desk lifestyle into working directly with business owners and individuals looking to upscale their lives and careers by leveraging my life and business experience. 

I’m now working full-time for a highly successful financial analytics business running marketing, lead generation, partnerships and events across EMEA. I’m also separately building up a highly-focused ‘coach-ultant’ practice offering one-off power-hour decision and planning sessions and guiding business owners to go to the next level without hiring expensive sales staff.
